Shipping & Returns


All orders placed in the Cedar Hollow Farm Online Store are shipped USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation unless the item is noted otherwise. We use Priority as our only shipping method because not only are they typically the least expensive considering our rural location, they also provide the shipping boxes keeping our expenses and the customers cost down.

NOTE: At this time we ship within the USA ONLY primarily because it costs more in shipping fees to ship outside the USA then what our merchandise cost in addition as a small farm and a one person operation I do not have the time required to keep up with all the customs regulations to ship internationally.


USPS DOES NOT cover loss or damage unless you purchase the insurance therefore if you elect not to purchase insurance we will not be able to replace any merchandise damaged in shipment. If you have purchased insurance and receive a package that has been damaged you need to file a claim with your local post office as soon as possible. Once you have filed the claim please let us know so we can make arrangements to replace the damaged items. If the damaged item is no longer available or no longer in stock we will issue a gift certificate for the value of the item needing replaced.


It is rare that we have a customer need to return an item so returns are handled on an individual basis. If you feel you need to return an item contact us first so we can make the appropriate arrangements with you. Return shipping expense is the responsibilty of the customer. No refund or merchandise credit will be issued on the shipping cost of the order being sent to the customer.
